Here are some answers to frequently asked questions we receive in regards to Product Orders. 

 

Jewelry Sizing:

We recommend connecting with your artist to select the best sizing for you. 

 

Shipping:

We handle most of our order shipments within 2-3 business days however at times orders can take up to 7-14 business days. Please be patient and know that we are working to get your order to you as quickly as we can!

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground only.

Please note we do not offer rush shipping options. 

 

International Orders:

Although we do ship internationally, some locations have a distributor near them which allows for faster shipping and reduced shipping costs. Please consult our Distributor Map to find the distributor nearest you.

Returns:

We can not offer exchanges on orders after they have left the office.
