SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

Although we handle most of our shipments within 2-3 business days and some times more often when able, we travel often and orders can take up to 7-14 business days to process at times, so please plan accordingly. Please be patient and know that we are working to get your order to you as quickly as we can. Please understand that we are a small operation of only a few people, so we can't always turn out orders every day. If you need a rush order / expedited shipping PLEASE CONTACT US so we can work with you to get your order to you as quickly as we can.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Steve Haworth Modified LLC is not responsible for any customs, import fees, and/ or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES

Steve Haworth Modified LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us so we may file a claim with the shipment carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
